Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturing company. We started our exports in year 2005, before that we use to manufacture the instruments and supply locally to other companies.

Due to the fact that our business name has the word "Trader" in it, some customer consider us simiar to trading companies, this is not the case with us. We are basic manufacturer of these instruments and the productions lines are scattered in different directions.

In Pakistan, there are no hard rules regarding choosing the name of a business. What kind of products do you manufacture?
We manufacture Haircutting Scissors, Manicure Instruments and limited number of Surgical & Dental Instruments. We are continuously adding more products in our collection.

Are your products supplied in sterilized condition?
Our products are supplied in non-sterilized condition. The sterilization process is required only for Medical instruments according to the regulations of FDA. It is the responsibility of the hospitals and cosmetologists to sterilize the instruments as per their field requirements

What kind of material is used for instruments?
We use Japanese Steel J1, J2, 440C | High Carbon Steel, Pakistan Steel | Cobalt ATS-314 and Titanium Alloy.

Do you have CE mark? Yes. We fulfill EU Medical Device Directive No 93/42 EEC requirements to affix CE mark on our instruments.

Do you also accept orders for the products out of your current production line?
Yes, we do undertake the designing & production of new products for our customers. For this, we require graphical designs, samples or detailed simple description of the required product.

Our physical location is Sialkot. The Sialkot city is located north-east side of the Punjab Province of Pakistan. Our city is famous in the worlds for high quality Medical Instruments, Leather Wear and Sports goods.

Our manufacture process takes 6 to 8 week time for production of an order, this is the only way to do justice to customers' expenses. Only in this way, we can select the right category of metal / steel and shape it into product, supervising each stage of the whole production process.

We produce instruments in Mirror polish, Dull finish, Satin finished and Titanium Plasma Color coating. We use Japanese Stainless steel J1, J2, 440C | High Carbon Steel, Pakistan Steel | Cobalt ATS-314 and Titanium Alloy.
