1- How do I know detailed information about a specific Item?
You just select the item, note its Item Number (a number written in bold letter on the side of each item like: MT-100-01) and email us with your questions. It will save time if you describe its size, needed quantity and mode of despatch (By Sea or By Courier). We provide a general Price List to every interested customer but it is better that you inquire about your favorite item.

You are not bound to place only large orders. If you are an individual, a salon owner or a small retailer, you can place an order with our minimum quantity limits (contact us with Item Number), which are different for each item. However, in a large quantity order you will get nice discount.

Online credit card payment services are in process. Readily, there are two reliable methods of payments for your supply order:
No.1: Advance Payment (Through Bank).
No.2: Letter of credit through Bank.
For Shipment by Courier, you need to pay the amount in advance through Swift Money Transfer, Wire Transfer or as your Bank suggests (Contact your Bank for further information). For Shipment by Sea (especially when it is a large quantity), there are two options for that. You can make Advance Payment OR issue Letter of Credit. You may select whichever suits you the best.
About Advance Payment:
Advance payment can be made by Swift Money Transfer or Wire Transfer. It is quickest mode of payment, if you trust your supplier.
About Letter of credit:
It is the safest and most common mode of payments in International Trade. It assures the security for both parties.
(I)- Please explain to me exactly how do I do money transfer?
We will provide you with document, by email, with our bank account details. You may print the document and take it to your bank for amount transfer. You simply handover the information to your bank authorities and they will handle the procedure. They will charge you fee for this service. The fee amount vary upon bank to bank.

About Despatch By Courier:
It is quickest and safest way to receive a shipment. It saves you a lot of paper works and custom clearance time taking process. Through this mode you will receive your shipment at your door. But it is only suitable for a small order (contact us).
About Despatch By Sea:
It is also a very safe way of shipment despatch. It takes 45 to 60 days period for the shipment to reach your selected seaport. Then it goes through a process of custom clearance to finally reach you. It is a time taking process and involves lot of paper works for both parties. Still it is a low cost mode of shipment. It suits only for large quantities.

We are not stockists of tools. Every item is manufactured on customer's demand in required quantity. In case of regular customers, manufacture time is minimized.

It depends on the quantity of an order. Normally production of and order takes 6 to 8 week time.
Back to Top8- How much time is taken By Sea and how much time is taken by Courier service?
By Sea:
It depends on destination of seaport. However, after the despatch from our sea port (Karachi - Pakistan), it takes 45 to 60 days. (Time of production of an order is not included).
By Courier:
It takes only 6 working days, after despatch, to reach you. You can trace out your shipment online with the help of your tracking number provided to you on the day of despatch. (Time of production of an order is not included).
9- If I pay advance, I would be concerned about the security of the shipment, can you Insure my shipment?
We insure your shipment. In fact, all our shipments despatch By Sea are 100% insured. The insurance charges are already added in the price (CIF Prices). We will provide you an Insurance Certificate.
Similarly, large orders despatch By Air / By Courier are 100% insured.
As far as despatch
of small order by courier is concerned, it is (Courier: UPS or DHL) a safest mode of shipment despatch and usually people do not consider to insure there shipment when it is coming through courier. But if you are so concerned about your investments, pay 2% extra of the Invoice value and you can insure 100% your whole consignment. An Insurance Certificate will be provided to you.
10- When will I receive Invoices and custom documents?
You will receive your Invoices and other Custom documents within 15 days after despatch of shipment.
In case of shipment by Courier, no documentation is required by you to receive your shipment. We will dispatch the document along with the shipment and the shipment will be delivered on your office door.
11- Before placing an order, I need to see the samples. How can I get Samples of your products?
Samples are absolutely Free for everybody, everywhere.
To receive these free samples, you are required to pay the Courier Charges of the sample parcel weighing 1 Kg.
You can pay this amount into our company's bank account. We do not
prefer Western Union or Money Gram kind of services, because there will be no
record of this transfer, but if a customer insists, then we can proceed with
this option.
The amount of Courier Charges will stand 100% Refundable, in case of placing an order amounting to US$ 1000 ( One Thousand ) or above, according to price list.

12- Do you undertake Custom Orders, like, 10 pieces each of 30 or 40 different Items? It will be very helpful for us to display collection of products to customers in exhibitions and anything like that.
Yes, it is possible for sometimes when our manufacture line is not busy OR we do manage time for supply of such Custom Orders. It takes little more time than the normal manufacture time because every stage of production, like; Forging, Hammering, Milling, Grinding and Finalizing of products, have to do multi-task work.
